What's allowed in this forum and rules of respect

Just to be clear up front, I am against censorship. I feel as if there are too many hoops to jump through in this world to get one's voice heard with all the vested interests in big media. What you can post here in this forum is exactly what you want to say. Keep it on topic based on the board you are in. I may move the discussion to an appropriate thread if needed, but I will notify you of the move. The only thing that will not be allowed in this forum is intolerance of any kind. We all want to have our voice heard and deserve to, but any discriminatory or attacking posts based on ethnicity, race, faith, gender, sexual preference or disability will not be allowed and will be deleted and the poster may face a ban. I will make every effort to open a dialogue with the party involved so as to come to a better understanding on all sides. Pornography of any kind is also not allowed and will face the same fate. Regarding profanity, I know we all have our own comfort level and mine tends to be somewhere between teenager and drunk sailor, so all I ask is keep it respectful.
